Production plans, operational KPIs, cost indicators, performance reports and farm audits are brought together to identify gaps early, assign corrective actions and show whether changes in herd, feed, milk or labor performance are actually improving the business.
The operating plan links production plans, farm operating KPIs and cost indicators. Records such as farm scorecard and audit record make milk and herd performance trends and unit-cost movement visible in management review. The service agreement confirms coverage, handovers, exception ownership and the decisions that remain with the client. This creates one recurring line of responsibility from routine work through follow-up.
