It gives multiple farms access to centralized purchasing and preparation while maintaining the records and logistics needed to control ingredient quality, stock, batches and daily deliveries.
The operating plan links feed procurement, ingredient inventory and quality control. Records such as procurement and stock register and feed batch records make stock availability and ingredient quality findings visible in management review. The service agreement confirms coverage, handovers, exception ownership and the decisions that remain with the client. This creates one recurring line of responsibility from routine work through follow-up.
