The service controls both the transport asset and the cold-chain evidence required to show that dairy products were moved under the intended temperature conditions.
The operating plan links vehicle pre-cooling, reefer operation and transport temperature monitoring. Records such as pre-trip checklist and temperature trace make pre-trip readiness and temperature excursions visible in management review. The service agreement confirms coverage, handovers, exception ownership and the decisions that remain with the client. This creates one recurring line of responsibility from routine work through follow-up.
