Dairy Fulfillment
Manage the full customer-order lifecycle across order intake, promise, execution, documents, customer communication, exceptions, returns and visibility, through to completion or controlled reversal.

Service overview
Responsibility.
Every working day.
Manage the full customer-order lifecycle across order intake, promise, execution, documents, customer communication, exceptions, returns and visibility. The service provides one fulfillment-control layer from accepted order to completion or reversal, while physical stock custody and transport remain coordinated with Logistics.
The operating plan links order intake, customer promise and execution and documents. Records such as order register and promise and status record make order accuracy and promise adherence visible in management review. The service agreement confirms coverage, handovers, exception ownership and the decisions that remain with the client. This creates one recurring line of responsibility from routine work through follow-up.
