Service overview

Responsibility.
Every working day.

Operate the factory quality system across laboratory work, raw-milk and product control, microbiology, supplier quality, food-safety verification, release, CAPA and management reporting. The service provides an integrated quality function capable of supporting routine production decisions as well as investigations, audit evidence and systematic improvement.

The operating plan links laboratory work, raw-milk and product control and microbiology. Records such as quality plan and test and release records make test completion and out-of-specification findings visible in management review. The service agreement confirms coverage, handovers, exception ownership and the decisions that remain with the client. This creates one recurring line of responsibility from routine work through follow-up.
